Leave your mark.
Clay is a very noble material – any gesture leaves a mark. You fold it – it folds; you press it with your fingers and all your finger prints show; use a tool to cut it – it's cut leaving a perfect mark.
During this week, we will print images in clay using a wide variety of techniques, and make a few fun and useful objects while at it.
The Department of Economic and Community Development and the Connecticut Office for the Arts helped underwrite the Museum's Visiting Artist Program.
