Leonardo considered himself both a painter and a sculptor. His paintings survive. His sculptures do not. But he left detailed drawings and plans for sculptures.
Susan Clinard will guild you in his techniques for organizing and detailing two projects in Bas-relief (shallow portraits to be presented in frames). All completed in a day with the modern material Sculpy.
